  • La longueur du levier est ajustable de 35 mm grâce à une connexion à queue d'aronde
  • Selon le modèle, la position entièrement étendue correspond approximativement à la longueur d'origine
  • L'anodisation des leviers RAXIMO répond aux normes de qualité les plus élevées
  • Toutes les fixations sont conformes aux normes DIN et sont serrées avec une clé dynamométrique avant expédition
  • Les leviers CNC sont livrés avec une homologation allemande (ABE) et sont donc exempts d'enregistrement pour les modèles répertoriés

Réglage de l’angle

La distance entre la poignée et le guidon peut être ajustée en quatre étapes sur ces leviers.

ABE (Homologation générale d'exploitation)

Les leviers de frein BCV sont équipés d'une ABE. Cela signifie que l'installation sur les modèles de motos et scooters listés dans l'ABE n'a pas besoin d'être à nouveau approuvée par le TÜV.

Configuration des couleurs

Avec notre configurateur de couleurs, vous pouvez choisir parmi 9 couleurs différentes pour l'extrémité et le réglage, ainsi que noir ou argent pour la partie principale. Cela donne 162 variantes de couleurs pour le levier BCV, garantissant ainsi un scooter unique.
Les leviers sont fabriqués selon la combinaison de couleurs souhaitée et expédiés sous un jour.
Les pièces noires sont spécifiques au modèle ; la photo est uniquement illustrative.

  • Anodisation
    L'anodisation des leviers de frein est réalisée par des entreprises certifiées ISO. Des tests UV mensuels garantissent une qualité constante.
  • Matériau
    Nos leviers sont usinés en aluminium haute résistance. Chaque lot de matière première est testé pour sa résistance et sa composition. Les spécifications de tolérance respectent la norme ISO 9001.
  • Gestion des lots
    Étant donné qu'un levier de frein est une pièce critique pour la sécurité, nos livraisons sont gérées et inspectées par lots.
  • Carte de service
    Nos leviers de frein sont livrés avec une carte de service et un numéro de série, ce qui facilite et accélère le traitement des demandes de service ou des réclamations clients.
